Innovative HydroAssist System

The perfect complement to the SmartMould Table is our innovative HydroAssist System hydraulic system, based on a double-acting cylinder with a manual pump and distributor and the possibility of complete disconnection for manual movement of the moving platform. The force generated by it allows the operator to independently and almost effortlessly open and close any form, even large, heavy or equipped with sliders. Work safety is ensured by fully adjustable sets of angle brackets for mounting the form halves, regardless of their dimensions.

SmartMould Table Design

The special design of the SmartMould Table system enables quick and convenient servicing and maintenance of injection molds, pressure molds and tools. The frame is designed in accordance with strength requirements – the number of legs is adjusted to the table’s load capacity, which ensures optimal stability and work safety. Adjustable, swinging feet allow precise leveling of the table regardless of the surface. One platform remains stationary, while the other moves on linear guides equipped with bumpers and locks in the end position.

Thick steel plates made of heat-treated steel, supported by a reinforced frame, guarantee exceptional strength and minimal deflection, even under full load. This ensures maximum durability and the highest quality of the supplied tables. Both sets of platforms are rotatable with the possibility of locking every 90 degrees, which ensures full access to the mold during service and maintenance.

To ensure smooth rotation, an innovative ball bearing system was used, which was specially designed for the load axis of the plates, and an additional bearing to transfer transverse forces. The bearings are milled directly in the plates and equipped with drains. Additionally, the upper and lower plates are permanently connected with a special pin, which increases the safety of use. Under the platforms there is a rubberized oil-resistant shelf, ideal for storing tools and accessories.

SmartMould Table options

Unique HydroAssist System:
An innovative hydraulic drive on a global scale, designed for maximum efficiency and user comfort. Based on a double-acting short-stroke cylinder, the system provides significant support for the operator when opening and closing moulds. In addition, thanks to the option of disengaging the drive, it allows fully manual movement of the sliding platform whenever needed.

The HydroAssist System consists of a precise double-acting hydraulic cylinder, a knee-lever mechanism that redirects the cylinder force, and a reliable hydraulic pump that ensures optimal pressure and smooth operation of the entire system.

The HydroAssist system has been filed as an invention with the Polish Patent Office (status: patent pending). The application has been published and is visible in the official database of the Polish Patent Office with the publication date 11 August 2025, and we are currently awaiting the completion of the patent procedure.

Adjustable steel angle brackets: A specially designed system of fully adjustable steel angle brackets allows fully flexible attachment of the mould to the angle brackets, ensuring safety for both mould and worker. We recommend angle brackets for the SmartMould Table for added stability and protection during operation. As Technic Solutions, we also offer the possibility of customised special angle brackets.

Screw Mould Splitter – The presented mechanism is a practical solution designed to enhance the functionality of the SmartMould Table by enabling efficient manual mould separation. The system is engineered around two trapezoidal screws, securely mounted on the left and right sides of reinforced, modified table angle bars. By simultaneously rotating dual handles, the mould halves separate symmetrically, ensuring a stable and fully controlled opening process.

This innovative design allows for precise adjustment of the mould opening and can either complement the HydroAssist system for exceptionally high-profile tools or completely replace hydraulic operations when manual force is sufficient. One of its major advantages is the ease of quick assembly and disassembly. Thanks to its intuitive construction, the screw can be mounted on the angle bars at any time and rapidly removed after work, effortlessly returning the table to its standard configuration.

Suspended drawer module

A practical storage solution for tools and accessories used during mould servicing. Mounted under the SmartMould Table, it helps keep the workplace organized and ensures that the most frequently used tools are always within easy reach. Available for MT 1500 – MT 5000 models.

SmartBase Positioners’ side bumpers
A practical and reliable solution for extremely fast and easy positioning of mould halves on the table platform. Thanks to the positioning locks, precise and repeatable positioning is possible, resulting in a significantly improved workflow. The system is fully removable and can be taken off the table at any time when it is not required. The positioning holes are arranged every 10 mm, allowing accurate adjustment to different mould sizes. The positioners are precisely guided in dedicated guide grooves and secured in place with three-arm locking knobs. They also allow the mould half to be removed and accurately repositioned on the table whenever required. This solution provides greater functionality and flexibility in the daily use of the table, ensuring that moulds are prepared efficiently for further processes.

SmartAir Kit – Compressed Air Option for SmartMould Table

The SmartAir Kit connects the SmartMould Table directly to the factory compressed air supply. The blow-off gun is always at hand — ready to use the moment the mould is opened. Blow off the parting surface, mould cavities, cooling channels, guide pillars and ejector pins — all without leaving the workstation, without hoses dragged across the shop floor.

Wheels: a practical solution for the mobility of the SmartMould Table thanks to the fitting of 4 castors – 2 swivelling sets with brake and 2 fixed sets. This solution is available for MT 3000 models and smaller tables that are not equipped with a drawer module.

Magnetic form-fixing brackets
A set of four magnetic angle brackets designed for fast and secure fixing of smaller moulds. Each KM 120 provides a pulling force of up to 120 kg and has independent switches for the two axes, resulting in precise positioning and stable operation. Compact dimensions (197 × 197 × 48 mm)
