Description
- The working system based on a hydraulic actuator is distinguished by its high power and durability, and the use of only the highest quality components guarantees many years of trouble-free operation of the device. The turner is exceptionally resistant to all types of damage that may occur with such heavy loads, and at the same time very easy to maintain in motion. No expensive and time-consuming servicing or frequent replacement of components is required, and in addition the device is not subject to UDT. On request, the manufacturer can provide an annual service inspection.
- The rotation of the mold is performed in a completely safe manner, and at the same time very fast (in approx. 30 seconds), smooth and without jerks, automatically stopped after reaching the end position.
- Both halves of the “L”-shaped platform have ears, thanks to which it is possible to easily transport the turner at any time to a selected place in the hall.
- The operation of the turner is very simple and does not require additional personnel apart from one operator – the remote control panel is located at a safe distance from the device, and the remote control has only a few buttons: to start/stop the rotation, a direction switch and, of course, an emergency stop.
- Together with the device, we deliver full documentation, including the operating instructions, device circuit diagrams and CE certificate.
- The device is covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty. During this period, a service technician is guaranteed to arrive on site within 3 working days of confirming the failure. Technic Solution also provides continuous technical support.
- Several of our turning machines are already working without failure in Poland. Upon request, it is possible to organize a reference visit to one of the customers in order to familiarize themselves with the operation and operation of the device.
- It is possible to introduce individual modifications to the device in order to adapt its specifications to a specific application.
