LOW VERSION SmartMould Table (MT/LK) LowProfile
The low version of the SmartMould Table (MT/LK) LowProfile is an excellent option for companies looking for a compact, yet solid solution for servicing and maintaining injection molds. Thanks to its lowered design, the table can function as a stand-alone product, while also working great in combination with work tables equipped with hydraulic height adjustment. This allows for flexible adjustment of the workstation to the needs of operators, providing them with convenient and safe access to tools and molds.
The design of the SmartMould Table (MT/LK) LowProfile version
In the standard version of the SmartMould Table (MT/LK) LowProfile, the solid, welded frame guarantees optimal stability and safety during servicing and maintenance of injection molds. One platform remains stationary, while the other moves along linear guides with a lock in the end position, which makes it easier to extend the mold and access its interior. Both platforms can be rotated 360° and locked every 90°, allowing free work on each element of the tool.
Thanks to thick, heat-treated bearing plates made of high-quality steel, the table maintains high resistance to deflection under full load, while also being long-lasting. The ball bearing system in the plates allows for smooth rotation of the platforms and effective transfer of transverse loads. Additionally, there is a rubberized, oil-resistant shelf under the platforms, ideal for storing tools and accessories.
Mechanical mounting angles – precise control over the mold
The main distinguishing feature of the MT/LK version is the mechanical mounting angles, which ensure reliable and stable mounting of the mold, eliminating the risk of it slipping or shifting during operation. This solution not only protects the tool from potential falls, but also increases the operator’s precision and safety, minimizing the risk of accidental accidents.
Larger workspace thanks to extended platforms
The use of mechanical angle brackets requires an appropriate workspace. In order to ensure users’ comfort and the ability to freely handle molds of different dimensions, the SmartMould Table (MT/LK) uses extended platforms (+150 mm). This solution applies to the table version with a load capacity of up to 4,000 kg, providing an adequate storage surface despite the space occupied by the angle brackets. Thanks to this, the user maintains the full functionality of the service station and the possibility of convenient, precise work on injection molds.
Optional integration with the HydroAssist System
The SmartMould Table (MT/LK) can be optionally equipped with our innovative HydroAssist System – a hydraulic system that supports the opening and closing of heavy injection molds. This solution additionally increases work efficiency, but is not required – the table has been designed to work equally well both with and without this system.
