SmartMould Table (MT/K) is a solid service table that combines stability, safety and ergonomics, providing ideal conditions for the maintenance and repair of injection molds. Based on proven solutions, it guarantees high durability, work safety and full control over the tools during their disassembly and assembly.
The table design is based on the standard version of the SmartMould Table (MT), retaining its key advantages. The solid, welded frame ensures optimal stability, and the movable platform sliding on linear guides with a lock in the end position allows easy extension of the mold and access to its interior. Both platforms can rotate 360° and lock every 90°, which makes servicing each element of the tool easier. Additionally, the ball bearing system ensures smooth movement of the platforms and effective transfer of transverse loads, which increases the precision and comfort of the operator. The rubberized, oil-resistant shelf under the platforms allows for storage of tools and accessories necessary during maintenance.
Mechanical fixing angles – precise control over the mold
The main distinguishing feature of the MT/K version is the mechanical fixing angles, which ensure reliable and stable fixing of the mold, eliminating the risk of it slipping or shifting during operation. This solution not only protects the tool from potential falls, but also increases the operator’s precision and safety, minimizing the risk of accidental accidents.
Larger workspace thanks to extended platforms
The use of mechanical angles requires an appropriate workspace. In order to guarantee users comfort and the ability to freely operate molds of various dimensions, the SmartMould Table (MT/K) uses extended platforms (+150 mm). This solution applies to the table version with a load capacity of up to 4000 kg, providing an adequate storage surface despite the space occupied by the angles. Thanks to this, the user maintains the full functionality of the service station and the ability to work comfortably and precisely on injection molds.
Optional integration with HydroAssist System
The SmartMould Table (MT/K) can be optionally equipped with our innovative HydroAssist System – a hydraulic system that supports the opening and closing of heavy injection molds. This solution additionally increases work efficiency, but is not required – the table has been designed to work equally well with this system or without it.
